This is my second reading of it and I am preparing to teach it in the fall. Everything Elizabeth Acevedo has written is excellent. I love her writing style! The audiobook is awesome also because she reads it herself and is just so talented. I can't wait to teach this book!
12/23/21 update - Teaching the book was great! Most kids loved it too actually!
