Review: The Well of Ascension
The Well of Ascension by Brandon SandersonMy rating: 3 of 5 stars
3.5 stars. I know that many people consider this among the best fantasy series, and I did like it, but it was not a favorite of mine. Perhaps it has been too long since I read the first book so I didn't remember or connect with the characters as well, but it took me a long time to get in to. However, once I got about halfway through, I started really enjoying it. I think the first half of the book was a 3-star and then the second half was a 4-star read for me. I enjoyed the twists in the second half. This is definitely a good series, but to me it is just good -- not great or amazing. I plan to read the third book soon!
